The property has been built with elegance and modern luxury in mind, carefully considering environmental impact minimization and maintenance-free aspects. Beneath the shower, there is a durable WPC surface filled with gravel to ensure complete water drainage. The lighting on the terrace is provided not only by fixtures mounted on the building’s wall but also by an additional five column lamps.
